Foster Care

Jonathan's Place recruits, trains and certifies foster parents. Learn how you can make a difference in the life of a child by becoming a foster parent.

Emergency Shelter

As Dallas County's only emergency shelter for children from newborn to 17, We provide a temporary home and counseling services to children that have been removed from their homes.

Girl's Therapeutic Program

Jonathan's Place provides long-term residential care to girls age 10 to 17 who have a history of bouncing between foster homes, most requiring a higher level of therapeutic care.

Transitional Living

In 2016 Jonathan's Place launched a Transitional Living Program for young women aging out of foster care. Everyone deserves and needs a supports system.

National Safe Place

Jonathan's Place is Dallas County's National Safe Place partner. This outreach program is designed to provide access to immediate help and safety for all youth in crisis.

RESET

Through the Jonathan's Place RESET program, youth have an opportunity for a safe place, loving homes, and promising futures. The RESET programs include an Emergency Shelter as well as Long-Term Therapeutic Foster Home placement opportunities.
